In between the Vrijdagsmarkt and the Vlasmarkt (Bij Sint Jacobs 19, 9000 Ghent), we find Mission Masala. A food sharing restaurant that serves Indian food. The interior of the restaurant gives an authentic Indian vibe and is an experience in itself. 

You can choose between two menus, the Vegi Menu, or the Mission Menu. But you can also choose different dishes yourself. There are also many dishes to choose from at this restaurant for the vegetarians among us. The staff is very kind and helpful if you can’t choose between dishes.

We really recommend this place if you would like to try the Indian cuisine with some friends or family.🍛🥘

2.Beiruti, where you find the real Lebanese experience 🌶️

Beiruti is less than fifty meters from the famous Veldstraat. The best from Lebanon in the heart of Ghent. At Beiruti you can go for a quick bite, take-away or to dine extensively on the second floor. It’s a cheery restaurant with Lebanese flatbreads, dips and salads , plus grilled options and desserts .🍫 The mission was and always will be to bring real Lebanese flavors to your table.

3. Let me introduce you to BICHO MALOOO!! 🌵

A typical Mexican Foodsharing restaurant, located in Serpent Street 11 in Ghent.

The interior of the restaurant is very cozy with some Mexican details in the interior. 

If you want to eat with four people at Bicho Malo, they suggest ordering eight to ten different dishes. You can choose between different dishes on the menu. Even the vegetarians among us can choose from several things.  

If you like good (and very strong) cocktails and Mexican food with a very nice Mexican atmosphere, we definitely recommend you to go to Bicho Malo!!  🍸🌮

4. Tacos come and go, AMIGO'S are forever! 

Are you in for a cozy evening with your friends? 👩‍👩‍👧

Then we definitely recommend Amigo’s, as the name suggests. This Mexican restaurant is located at Stapelplein, Dok-Noord. 🌮

Amigo's offers a wide range of sharing plates, from some vegetarian alternatives to some dishes that make you start sweating (typical Mexicans). 🌶️ They recommend 2-3 plates per person. Their concept is to let customers discover new flavors. Therefore, the dishes ordered do not all arrive at once. That way, you have to eat what comes first and you get to know new flavors, instead of eating the dishes you know you will like.
