Nub Smashburgers 📍Location: Cataloniëstraat 3, 9000 Ghent 📞Phone number: Not available  🔎Check the [website](https://www.nubsmashburger-gand.be/contact)for more information    ### **Ambiance and first impressions** It's a small room but that's also what makes it nice and cozy. 🏠✨ There are 12 different tables, which is not a lot compared to the big fast-food brands, but it's also what creates the ambiance. 🎶 Also in the room, there's trendy music that everyone will know.   ### What we ordered 1 Special Smash🍔:  - 2 smash burgers (€10,90) - 1 Pepsi🥤 (€2)   ### Flavors and presentation If you’re a spice lover, the Special Smash is calling your name!🌶️ But don’t worry if you’re not up for the heat, the classic Original Smash is just as delicious. The price of €10,90 seems a lot for a burger, but with each order, you get 2 burgers in a nice silver tray. As we moved further inside, we noticed the modern fast-food vibe, complete with convenient kiosks and plenty of cozy spots to sit and relax. The ambiance was stylish and inviting.✨ The biggest downside was the temperature, it was very cold ❄️, which was a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, the upbeat pop music 🎧 made the short wait much better.   ### What we ordered McSmart Menu (€5.45): 🍔 - 2x Cheeseburger  - Small fries  - Coca-Cola 2x Crispy Chicken Wraps (€2,50) 🌯   ### Flavors and presentation  The food here met the familiar McDonald's standard, satisfying our cravings with classic flavors. The cheeseburgers 🍔 were served a bit cold ❄️, which was disappointing. However, the cheese was nicely melted, and the buns were soft. The small fries 🍟 were crisp and golden, perfectly portioned for the meal, though, like the burgers, they could have been warmer. Both Chicken Wraps 🌯 were fresh, nicely complemented by soft tortillas. The presentation was basic but consistent, as expected for a fast-food spot. Everything was well-packaged and easy to handle. Overall, it was a delicious meal, though it would have been even better if served hot.🔥   ### Service  When we came in, the kiosks were right in front of us. The ordering system was convenient, as it was a touchscreen. 🖥️ All we had to do was select our items, pay, take our order number 🔢, and find a comfortable place to sit.  After we sat down, a worker brought the food directly to our table by tracking the order number. Ample space is provided.    The radio plays softly in the background which makes the Starbucks a perfect place to study or read a book. It is a **relaxing place**. 🎧 ### What we ordered - 1 Iced latte (€5,30) - 1 Cinnamon Roll (€3,50)   ### Flavors and presentation The iced latte was **very tasty**. The man behind the counter asked if he could warm up the cinnamon roll a little. The cinnamon roll itself was very good tasting, with the **perfect balance of cinnamon**. 😋 ### Service Upon entering, we ordered at the register. We had to pick up the order at the counter itself even if we stayed in the Starbucks to eat. So there's not much service. Also when leaving, you are responsible for disposing of your own waste and placing it in a locker. When you enter, you see the kitchen and the order desk directly in front of you. In the middle are several kiosks where you can quickly and easily order your meal. The upstairs is nicely decorated with a variety of comfortable seating areas: from relaxing corners to places with power outlets and a self-service station where you can refill your drink. 🥤 Cozy pop music plays in the background, creating a nice atmosphere 🎵 - perfect for a relaxing break or a cozy moment together!   ### What we ordered Crispy Chicken Menu 🐥(€10,40): - Burger - Fries - Soft drink - Sauce    ### Flavors and presentation The flavors of the burger were really on point!👍 Every bite was full of that **delicious, crispy texture** and a **hefty dose of flavor**. The fries🍟 could have cooked a little longer for that perfect crunch, but they were still **tasty** and **well-flavoured**.   ### Service Upon entering, we went straight to the kiosk to order our food. There was no human contact, but that is quite practical. The music sets the tone, and the space feels vibrant and welcoming. 🎶🌟 Everything’s on one level, making it simple and cozy - perfect for grabbing a quick bite with friends!    ### What we ordered - Cheeseburger (€2,80) - Fries (€3,40) - Sauce (€1,10) - Soft drink (€3,45) - 7 Chicken Dips (€5,90)   ### Flavors and presentation The food was a mix! The burger was decent, but the fries were definitely the standout: crispy and delicious.🍟 The chicken dips added a nice touch, perfect for snacking. The presentation was simple, just as you'd expect from fast food.✅ And the best part? You can refill your drink as much as you like!🥤   ### Service Service at Quick was, well… quick! ⏰ Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks or at the counter, and our food came out in just 3 minutes.
